Conditions for acceptance, complaints, and returns
Complaints regarding non-conformities:
For products found to be defective or non-compliant upon acceptance on the delivery date, the buyer must submit a complaint to the seller within no more than 72 hours from the date of acceptance. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be enforceable against the seller and will not give rise to any liability on the seller’s part, as the 72-hour period is a strict forfeiture deadline.
Compliance with technical instructions:
Use of the products without following the instructions specified in the technical data sheet releases the seller from any liability.
Handling responsibility and limitation of liability:
The buyer is fully responsible for unloading, handling, and storing the goods. Once the buyer has accepted the goods without objection, the seller is released from any liability regarding the quality or quantity of the delivered goods.
Product return policy:
Goods may be returned only with the written agreement of both parties and only if the packaging has not been opened by the buyer. The return invoice will be issued by the seller only after the returned goods have been inspected and accepted at the seller’s premises.
Retention of title:
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the buyer only after the full price has been paid. The seller may therefore recover from the buyer’s premises any delivered goods that have not been paid for by the due date.
